The MK Winter Half is turning 10 years old!
The Milton Keynes Winter Half Marathon returns for 2023 on the 10th December to celebrate it’s 10th Anniversary!
Celebrate with us and complete this scenic, 1-lap, traffic-free, half marathon route and earn that well deserved finishers medal.
We’ve heard your requests and have reopened entries for the MK Winter Half Marathon 2023.
However, we regret to inform you that late entries will not be guaranteed a finisher’s medal. The only way to obtain a medal is if a current participant fails to attend and their medal becomes available, which we won’t know until after the race has started.
If you’re still interested in joining the race, you can register, but please keep in mind that a medal is not guaranteed.
Entries will be open from 6pm on Monday 13th November 2023 and will close on Sunday 3rd December 2023 at 11:59pm.
All late entry packs will need to be collected on the morning of the event.
Parking and Venue
The Milton Keynes Winter Half will start and finish at Willen Lake Showground – beside the Observation Wheel.

The Milton Keynes Winter Half Marathon will start in waves beginning at 9am on Sunday 10th December.
You will be required to choose a wave when you enter the event. The wave options are below:
- Sub 1:30
- Sub 1:35
- Sub 1:40
- Sub 1:45
- Sub 1:50
- Sub 2hr
- Sub 2:10
- Sub 2:15
- Sub 2:20
- Sub 2:30
- Sub 2:40
- Sub 2:45
- 3hr +
There will be pacers from The Running Hub covering the following times listed above to help you achieve those PBs!
