Entry Deadlines
Any updates to your order, such as changes to waves, transfers to other runners, or addresses, need to be made by 11:59 pm on Wednesday 1st November. After this date, no further changes can be made.
For those who have registered after November 1st, race packs will need to be collected from the registration desk on Saturday 9th or Sunday 10th December at Willen Lake. Please note that these race packs will not be able to be collected beforehand nor will it be posted to your address.
You can still buy a T-shirt or hoodie for the Milton Keynes Winter Half! But, the deadline is Sunday 5th November at 11:59 pm. To avoid any problems, it’s best if you buy your T-shirt or hoodie beforehand to make sure you get the size you need. We’ve put links below so you can buy your T-shirt or hoodie easily.
Your T-shirt and hoodie must be collected from the registration desk on Saturday 9th or Sunday 10th December. It will not be posted to you.
All requests for deferral to the Milton Keynes Winter Half Marathon 2024 must be submitted before 11:59 pm on Sunday 12th November via email. Deferral requests will not be accepted after this deadline.
A place that has been deferred may not be deferred again the following year.
If you need to withdraw from the event, refunds will be issued less a £15 admin fee + the booking fee which is non-refundable in all cases.
Refunds will not be issued within 30 days of the event. For more information on our terms and conditions please see here.
As this is a UKA event, only bone conducting headphones are permitted.
Registration
You will be given the option of collecting your race pack or having it posted to you.
If you opt for collection, then your race pack can be collected from Up & Running, Inside Go Outdoors, Central Retail Park, Patriot Dr, Bradwell Common, Milton Keynes MK13 8PU. You can even benefit from 15% off in store when you collect.
Race pack collection will be available during the following dates:
Monday 20th November – Wednesday 6th December
Opening Hours:
Monday – Friday 09:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday 09:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday 10:30am – 16:30pm
If you’re unable to collect your race number from Up and Running, you will need to collect your race pack from the registration desk either on Saturday 9th December between 10:00 – 11:00, 14:00 – 15:00 or on Sunday 10th December from 07:00. Registration will be held at Race HQ at Willen Lake.
All Late Entries will need to collect their race packs from the registration desk on Saturday 9th or Sunday 10th December.
MK WINTER HALF BOBBLE HAT
All merchandise will need to be collected from the Registration desk on Saturday 9th December between 10:00 – 11:00, 14:00 – 15:00 or on Sunday 10th December from 07:00. Registration will be held at Willen Lake by the big wheel.
A limited number of T-Shirts and Hoodies will be available to purchase on the day on a first come, first served basis.
